Samantha Moloney
Principal Solicitor
The daughter of founding Principal Kieran McCormack, Sam joined Hoy McCormack & Moloney (then Hoy & McCormack) in 1995 as an articled clerk and was admitted as a solicitor in 2000. She has been our Principal Solicitor since 2014, with a strong interest in family law, wills and estates, and conveyancing.

Senior Conveyancer
Sharon is one of the most experienced Conveyancers on the Gold Coast and has been with us as a Senior Conveyancer from day dot.
Carlie Gardem
Assistant Conveyancer
Carlie has been with us since 2009 and assists Sharon and all our clients with their conveyancing needs.
