Founded by friends Kieran McCormack and Nigel Hoy in 1987, our vision has always been to take the pretence, formality and fear out of seeking legal advice. Family Law
Principal Solicitor Sam Moloney is a highly experienced family lawyer who deals in divorce, parenting, property, child support and domestic violence cases. Our goal is to assist people resolve issues before things get out of hand and resolve disputes quickly, without unnecessary costs. We are also Legal Aid Preferred Suppliers.
Conveyancing
We have a comprehensive conveyancing service, with Sam and Senior Conveyancer Sharon Stevens being highly experienced in all areas of conveyancing – homes, units, land and commercial properties. Conveyancing is our bread and butter.
Wills & Estates
We provide a service for people of all ages to plan for the inevitable, including wills, powers of attorney and advanced health directives. Our staff are very experienced in assisting in the administration of estates from simple to complex.
Crime
Sam is experienced in both Magistrates Court and District Court criminal matters – from simple misdemeanours to more serious and complex matters. We are also Legal Aid Preferred Suppliers.
